Data tied to a known, verified identity such as a logged-in user or matched device ID as opposed to probabilistic inferences.
The tradeoff with deterministic data is coverage: it’s highly accurate for the individuals it covers (a logged-in app user, a loyalty member) but by definition can’t say anything about everyone else which is why most real-world graphs blend deterministic identifiers with probabilistic modeling to extend reach.
